Instructions
Meatballs
  1. Mix together all needed ingredients for meatballs, use more breadcrumbs if needed or add rolled oats for extra bulk. Consistency should easily form into small meatballs.
  2. After meatballs are formed, toss them in flour to coat and bind better while cooking and set them on a seperate plate to prepare to pan fry.
Sub Sanwiches
  1. Heat 1 tbsp of oil into a medium-large frying pan and set to medium high. Begin adding meatballs in a clockwise fashion with at least a little bit of room between the meatballs if you can.
  2. As bottom half begins to brown, flip the meatballs in clockwise manner to evenly cook. Remove from heat when 90% cooked through from both sides, drain and set aside.
Sauce
  1. Begin heating all ingredients needed for sauce in the same pan used to cook the meatballs (make sure to wipe it out to lessen the grease factor) or use another medium large frying pan if you have one.
  2. When sauce is simmering and adjusted to your taste, return the meatballs and let them finish cooking and soaking up the sauce. Top with a lid and continue to let simmer while you assemble your cheese and sandwich rolls.
Sub Sandwiches
  1. Slice the necessary amount of cheese your family likes and begin toasted the sandwich rolls (if preferred) in your broiler on low.
  2. Add meatballs to subs (or cut meatballs in half and add to subs) and top with cheese and return to broiler for just a few seconds to get that cheese melted.
  3. Top with any wanted extra sauce and serve up!
